Responsibilities

• Review production schedules and work alongside planners.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows.
• Facilitate cross-departmental projects to enhance communication and efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing defects.
• Lead continuous improvement workshops and initiatives.
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics for production teams.
• Oversee the implementation of new production tools or processes.
• Document and communicate changes to teams and management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or process optimization
