Responsibilities

• Evaluate supplier proposals and collaborate on sourcing decisions.
• Prepare presentations for stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure effective risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct training sessions for engineering staff on new technologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• Master's degree is highly advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of practical aerospace engineering experience

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Annex 1 Compliant Processes

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Aerospace Engineering Certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
