Responsibilities

  • Design innovative structures that meet client needs and environmental standards.
  • Create and optimize 3D models and presentations.
  • Coordinate with local authorities for planning permissions.
  • Monitor project costs and timelines to ensure alignment with budget.
  • Facilitate effective communication among various project stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed construction documents.
  • Stay abreast of new materials and sustainability practices.
  • Engage in problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Professional qualification in project management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in architecture and design
