The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both residential and commercial projects, showcasing creativity and innovation in their designs. You will also collaborate with clients to translate their visions into functional and inspiring spaces.

Responsibilities

• Engage in all stages of project development from concept to completion.
• Implement sustainable design practices to reduce ecological impacts.
• Prepare cost estimates and project budgets in collaboration with the finance team.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster relationships with clients and local authorities for project approvals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architectural Design is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in large-scale projects

Technical Skills

• BIM Software
• Presentation Skills

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in urban planning: Understanding of urban development and local zoning regulations.
• Proficient in data analysis related to architectural projects: Ability to use data to inform design decisions and project feasibility.
