Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects from initiation through closure. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading cross-functional teams, ensuring project goals are met while adhering to budget and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Lead the development of project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate and manage resources, including team members and subcontractors.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
• Master's degree in Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies
• Risk Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• PMI-ACP Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with construction project management: Experience managing construction or infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Fluency in Afrikaans is advantageous: Ability to communicate effectively in Afrikaans is a plus.
