Job Description

We are searching for a passionate Environmental Consultant to join our team in Cape Town. This role involves assessing environmental impacts, conducting field surveys, and developing strategies to improve environmental performance. Ideal candidates should have a sound understanding of environmental legislation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform site inspections to monitor compliance with environmental management plans.
• Deliver training and workshops on environmental awareness and compliance.
• Collaborate with clients to set measurable targets for sustainability.
• Identify opportunities for improving resource efficiency and waste reduction.
• Review and develop environmental management systems.
• Provide technical advice on environmental technology and innovations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Biology, or related field
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in environmental consulting or environmental management roles

• Project Management

Certifications

• Certified Environmental Professional (CEP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
