Job Description

We are on the hunt for a skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager who will take charge of managing employee remuneration and benefits. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation while also developing compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll to ensure employees are compensated correctly.
  • Develop strategies to enhance company benefit offerings and communicate these clearly to staff.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with wage laws and benefits regulations.
  • Prepare documentation and reports for management regarding compensation structures.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on remuneration policies.
  • Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement through competitive compensation.
  • Collaborate with external partners to fine-tune benefits negotiation and administration.
  • Lead training sessions to educate management on employee compensation strategies.
  • Continuously analyse market conditions to adjust compensation structures accordingly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification in Payroll Administration or HR Management is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
