Construction Manager

Job Description

Join our team as a Construction Manager to drive project success from inception to completion. You will be responsible for project scheduling, cost management, and fostering an excellent working environment for all team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring all are delivered on time and within budget.
• Work closely with the procurement team to source materials and equipment.
• Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide training as needed.
• Resolve disputes and conflicts that arise on construction sites.
• Ensure safety training and compliance for all site personnel.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management

Experience

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in the construction industry

Certifications

• Registered Construction Manager (RCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
