We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our Port Elizabeth team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and managing a variety of events, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. Responsibilities

  • Manage all logistical aspects of events including catering, audiovisual, and transportation.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction during events.
  • Monitor event setups and decor to align with client expectations.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders during events.
  • Analyze event statistics and provide reports to management.
  • Explore new venues and services to enhance future events.
  • Support the marketing team in promoting upcoming events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Event Planning
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in planning and executing corporate events
