Job Description

The Seed Potato Arranger is responsible for coordinating the production, packaging, and distribution of seed potatoes. This role requires meticulous planning, effective communication, and a solid understanding of agricultural best practices.

Responsibilities

• Organize planting schedules and oversee cultivation processes.
• Ensure quality control during the packaging of seed potatoes.
• Train and supervise farm operators and seasonal workers.
• Evaluate and optimize production processes for efficiency.

• Monitor market trends and adjust production plans accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field
• Relevant certifications in agricultural practices are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in seed potato production or related roles.
