We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the highest levels of software quality. You will conduct comprehensive testing of applications and work alongside our developers to implement quality controls. Responsibilities

• Coach junior QA team members and assist in their professional growth.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with new features and releases.
• Ensure all testing processes align with regulatory compliance standards.
• Coordinate with IT to ensure the testing environment mimics production conditions.
• Evaluate tools and technologies to enhance QA processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
• Master's degree in related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in a QA role with experience in agile environments

Technical Skills

• Mobile Testing
• Performance Testing Tools (e.g., LoadRunner)

Soft Skills

• Collaboration

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Mobile Application Testing: Hands-on testing experience for mobile applications on various platforms.
