Job Description

As a Brass Polisher, you will be responsible for cleaning and polishing brass objects to a high standard. You will work in various sectors, primarily focusing on manufacturing and hospitality. Attention to detail is critical, and your role will ensure all products meet our stringent quality specifications.

Responsibilities

• Finish brass surfaces to a mirror-like shine.
• Select appropriate polishing materials for different brass items.
• Monitor the condition of polishing equipment and report issues.
• Implement improvements to increase efficiency in polishing processes.
• Engage with quality assurance to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace at all times.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in brass polishing or metal finishing preferred.

Technical Skills

• Brass polishing techniques
• Quality control inspection

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting: Background in a similar industrial role will be beneficial.
• Ability to operate CNC polishing machines: Experience with CNC machinery will be a plus.
