Electric Deicer Inspector

Job Description

Join our team as an Electric Deicer Inspector, where you will be essential in ensuring the reliability and safety of our deicing operations. With a focus on both technical excellence and adherence to safety standards, this role is critical to our operational success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of deicing equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Document and report any discrepancies or maintenance needs.
• Assist in training new staff on inspection protocols and equipment usage.
• Participate in safety audits and compliance checks.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of equipment issues.
• Utilize diagnostic software and tools for evaluations.
• Stay informed on industry trends related to aviation safety and deicing technology.
• Execute other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical diploma or certification in electrical or aviation maintenance
• Additional certifications in deicing equipment inspection would be advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience in aviation maintenance or a related field is preferred.
