Join our dynamic circus team as a Circus Hand! Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the setup and maintenance of circus acts, ensuring all performances run smoothly. This role requires physical fitness and a positive attitude, as you'll be involved in various thrilling activities.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and break down various performance areas and stages.
  • Assist with animal care and ensure their wellbeing during events.
  • Help performers prepare for shows by organizing their equipment.
  • Keep the circus grounds tidy and organized before and after performances.
  • Support the technical team with lighting and sound checks.
  • Engage with the audience between acts, creating a lively atmosphere.
  • Contribute to team meetings by providing feedback and ideas.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media promotions.
  • Volunteer for additional responsibilities when needed.

Requirements

Education
  • No formal qualifications required
  • Preferred experience in performance arts
Experience
  • Prior experience in a circus or performance setting is a plus.
Technical Skills
  • Basic acrobatic skills

Languages
  • English: Fluent
