We are seeking a skilled Investment Banker to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in financial analysis and valuation, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and debt restructuring. You will play a vital role in managing client relationships and leading deal executions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Support senior bankers in executing capital markets transactions.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate between internal and external parties during transactions.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis.
• Assist in the development and execution of business plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
• Master's degree or MBA is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or related fields

Certifications

• CFA Level II
