• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in case discussions and patient care meetings.
• Assist with administrative duties, including scheduling and supply management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Nursing Degree or equivalent
• Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing will be beneficial

Experience

• 3+ years in a similar nursing role

Technical Skills

• Wound Care
• IV Therapy

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Infection Control Certification
• Medication Administration Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience in critical care nursing: Hands-on experience in an ICU or high dependency unit is a plus.
• Fluency in additional languages: Ability to speak other South African languages is a plus.
