Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure that work is carried out according to design specifications and construction standards.

• Optimize use of materials and resources to enhance project efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Master's degree in construction-related field preferred

Experience

• 7+ years in the construction industry, including supervisory experience

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages
