Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Construction Project Manager where you will oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve coordinating with teams, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage client relationships for project success.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor services.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and records.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality.
  • Implement innovative construction techniques and practices.
  • Lead project meetings with stakeholders to review progress.
  • Develop contingency plans to address potential project delays.
  • Conduct budget analysis and optimize resource allocation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Higher diploma in project management preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in managing construction projects
