Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Manager to oversee our operations in Durban. The ideal candidate will excel at managing staff, improving customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. You will play a vital role in ensuring our store meets its operational goals while maintaining our reputation for excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for hiring store staff.
  • Implement customer loyalty programs to enhance retention.
  • Ensure all staff are knowledgeable about products and services.
  • Conduct market research to stay competitive.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
  • Evaluate staff performance, providing mentorship as needed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for stock management.
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback and employee performance.
  • Set and monitor performance goals for the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in a retail leadership role
