Responsibilities

  • Create and implement the overall e-commerce sales strategy.
  • Oversee site merchandising and online promotions.
  • Work with content teams to create engaging product descriptions and visuals.
  • Develop and manage budgets for e-commerce initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback and trends.
  • Ensure that all digital marketing efforts align with brand guidelines.
  • Engage in A/B testing to optimize website performance.
  • Foster relationships with key partners and vendors.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in E-commerce or Digital Marketing is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing
