Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Healthcare Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you'll oversee the management of healthcare programs and ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Your expertise in healthcare policies and operations will help enhance patient care services while improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate healthcare operations to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Create and execute operational policies that align with healthcare regulations.
• Monitor administrative staff performance and offer coaching.
• Lead meetings with healthcare staff to discuss operational challenges and solutions.
• Assess the impact of administrative changes on patient care.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare trends and regulations.
• Advocate for policy changes that enhance patient care services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is a plus

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare management
