Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Medical Doctor to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care, diagnosing and treating patients, and participating in health promotion activities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' health needs and take medical histories.
• Develop treatment plans based on medical conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Advocate for patient care and wellbeing.
• Provide patient-centered care with empathy and understanding.
• Participate in case reviews and team meetings.
• Mentor junior staff and medical students.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent
• Specialisation in a relevant field is an advantage

Experience

• At least 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
