Job Description

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to support our HR department in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment and interviewing of candidates.
  • Manage new hire orientation and training programs.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct workshops for employee development.
  • Support employee grievance procedures.
  • Monitor employee performance and feedback mechanisms.
  • Encourage diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Maintain accurate HR databases and reports.
  • Organize team-building events and activities.
  • Facilitate employee health and wellness programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM, CIPD)
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant HR experience
