We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to support our HR department in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment and interviewing of candidates.
Manage new hire orientation and training programs.
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance.
Conduct workshops for employee development.
Support employee grievance procedures.
Monitor employee performance and feedback mechanisms.
Encourage diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Maintain accurate HR databases and reports.
Organize team-building events and activities.
Facilitate employee health and wellness programs.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM, CIPD)

3-5 years of relevant HR experience
