Learning and Development Specialist

Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Learning and Development Specialist and take charge of designing impactful learning strategies aimed at enhancing employee performance and satisfaction. You will work closely with departments to assess training needs and develop tailored programs.

Responsibilities

• Integrate employee development goals into individual performance assessments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers.
• Evaluate the ROI of learning programs and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Advise on the design of onboarding programs for new hires.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through tailored training programs.
• Ensure compliance with training and development regulations.
• Conduct follow-up interviews with participants to assess application of knowledge gained.
• Engage in continuous learning to improve personal training delivery skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications in HRD is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of proven experience in training and development roles
