Job Description

As a Diversity and Inclusion Officer, you will have the opportunity to reshape our corporate culture towards inclusivity and diversity. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of strategic diversity initiatives throughout the organization.
  • Track and report on diversity metrics to senior leadership and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to raise awareness about unconscious bias.
  • Support recruitment efforts to attract a diverse range of candidates.
  • Work closely with employee resource groups to empower underrepresented communities.
  • Stay up-to-date with diversity legislation and trends impacting the workplace.
  • Drive engagement with diversity and inclusion within all levels of the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Psychology, or similar
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in diversity-focused roles
