Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineering Technician to assist in our growing projects. The successful candidate will help with the design, implementation, and management of civil engineering works, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage in project planning and develop execution strategies.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure accurate project delivery.
• Gather and analyze data for project assessments and designs.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Review and process construction change orders as necessary.
• Prepare presentations and documentation for client meetings.
• Implement best practices to enhance project efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor's in Engineering preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in civil engineering projects.

Technical Skills

• Structural Analysis Software
• Geotechnical Engineering Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• AutoCAD Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
