Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Clinical Research Coordinator to manage clinical studies, monitor project progress, and facilitate communication among researchers and participants. A strong background in clinical research and solid leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage timelines for clinical trials and deliverables.
  • Conduct site visits to assess compliance and quality control.
  • Train and mentor new clinical staff on protocols and processes.
  • Assist in budget management for clinical research projects.
  • Review and approve study-related expenses.
  • Engage with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development of educational materials for participants.
  • Conduct audits to ensure study adherence and quality assurance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Master's degree in Public Health is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in a clinical research environment
