Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent to support our company’s growth. You will develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure that we build a strong workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Advise management on developing recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Conduct market research to remain competitive in attracting top talent.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
  • Work on diversity recruitment initiatives to promote a diverse workforce.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions to create internship programs.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure up-to-date candidate records.
  • Deliver recruitment training sessions for internal stakeholders.
  • Handle any recruitment-related administrative tasks as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting
