Job Description

We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our support team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving, providing assistance to our clients and ensuring their IT needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical issues in a timely manner while adhering to service level agreements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and IT developments.
  • Assist in testing new software before rollout.
  • Support remote users with connectivity and access issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
