Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our Durban office. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support, fostering strong relationships that drive retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer interactions to ensure high-quality support and service delivery.
  • Assist in the development of customer success materials and resources.
  • Lead initiatives to improve product adoption and utilization among customers.
  • Foster a customer-first culture within the organization.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate on marketing and customer engagement campaigns.
  • Participate in customer success webinars and industry events.
  • Document processes and report on customer success metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • MBA is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or client-facing roles
