We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our Healthwise Rehabilitation team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will work closely with patients to assess their physical conditions and create tailored rehabilitation plans that promote mobility and reduce pain. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding patients through their recovery journeys, using evidence-based practices to achieve optimal outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patient physical conditions.
  • Develop individualized rehabilitation plans based on assessment results.
  • Implement treatment interventions using a variety of physiotherapy techniques.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and exercises.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Maintain detailed patient records and documentation.
  • Participate in staff training and development programs.
  • Promote health and wellness initiatives within the community.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Master's degree in related field preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in physiotherapy practice
