• Evaluate and improve production layouts to increase throughput.
• Analyze time studies, workflow, and equipment utilization.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects.
• Document standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers for optimal material flow.
• Implement technology solutions to assist with operational efficiency.
• Track project statuses and make adjustments as necessary.
• Research and implement new engineering technologies.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Master's in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in an industrial engineering role
