Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed process analyses and workload assessments.
• Formulate and support strategies to optimize workflow.
• Engage in quality control and assurance activities.
• Coordinate with team members for data gathering and analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance processes.
• Maintain documentation related to engineering projects.
• Support the development of training materials for staff on new processes.
• Assist with the implementation of quality management systems.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential process vulnerabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Master's in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in an industrial engineering role
