Architect

Job Description

Join our Pretoria office as an Architect where you will be involved in transforming concepts into reality. You'll collaborate with other architects and engineers, managing project timelines and executing strategic planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.
• Create 3D models and visualizations of proposed projects.
• Assist in preparing tender documentation and budget calculations.
• Engage in community consultation and stakeholder discussions.
• Conduct site inspections during construction phases.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee their contributions to projects.
• Implement sustainable design practices in all projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is regarded as an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of architectural experience in commercial and/or residential projects

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Project Management

Certifications

• Professional Architect Registration
• LEED Green Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
