Production Worker - Stencil Machine Operator

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive Advertising and Promotions Manager to spearhead our digital advertising strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading multi-channel campaigns, with a strong understanding of digital channels including social media, programmatic advertising, and SEO.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with quality control teams to ensure standards are met.
• Follow detailed instructions and technical drawings to produce stencils.
• Ensure all materials are handled and disposed of according to safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• Technical qualification in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience operating stencil machines in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Troubleshooting skills

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with various stencil making techniques: Knowledge in different ways to create stencils using various materials.
• Ability to design stencils using computer software: Proficient in design software for custom stencil creation.
