Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee our production lines in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes and leadership skills to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of production strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Organize and lead team meetings to discuss production objectives and challenges.
• Investigate production anomalies and implement corrective actions.
• Work alongside maintenance teams to ensure machinery is in optimal condition.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Manufacturing or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
