Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented UX Designer to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of user-centered design, with a knack for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces. This role requires a hands-on approach, collaborating with developers and stakeholders to craft exceptional digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct A/B testing and gather quantitative data for design validation.
• Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers.
• Ensure accessibility standards are adhered to in designs.
• Create design solutions that are user-friendly and enjoyable.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Design or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with A/B testing: Ability to conduct and analyze A/B testing results.
