Job Responsibilities
  • Aggressively pursue sales leads and opportunities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer interactions.
  • Sales Techniques Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective techniques.
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Ability to analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Teamwork Able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Basic)
Advantageous
  • Proven track record in quota achievement: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with financial products: Understanding of financial products relevant to the sales process.
