Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, exceptional leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and budgets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and key stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review and approve supplier and subcontractor invoices.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Construction Management is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in construction project management

Technical Skills

• Risk Management
• Construction Scheduling

Soft Skills

• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
