• Lead multidisciplinary teams to manage and execute mining projects.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to guide decision-making.
• Assess the economic viability of mining projects.
• Design plans for site layout and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with environmental teams to ensure compliance.
• Train and develop junior engineers.
• Participate in community consultations regarding projects.
• Track project progress and budget expenditures.
• Implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mining Engineering
• Postgraduate qualifications will be advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant mining experience
