Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and solutions. With a focus on effective communication and problem-solving, you'll assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product knowledge, ensuring a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Degree in Communications or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service
