Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer, your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective production systems. You will lead initiatives that streamline operations, enhance quality, and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to implement operational enhancements.
• Use simulation software for process design and analysis.
• Oversee capital project management from conception to completion.
• Develop standard operating procedures to improve workflow.
• Conduct risk assessments to establish quality control measures.
• Maintain safety compliance in all engineering initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field
• Master's degree in Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering or related roles
