Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative financial analysis.
• Develop actionable insights from financial data.
• Supervise the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Give insights on financial discrepancies and prepare reconciliations.
• Create comprehensive financial models to evaluate new projects.
• Collaborate with IT on financial reporting systems.
• Assist with compliance audits and regulatory reporting.
• Communicate financial performance to stakeholders in clear terms.
• Drive process improvements in budgeting and forecasting.
• Evaluate market trends to inform investment decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
• Relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) will be advantageous

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Excel
• SAP or similar ERP software

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Teamwork

Certifications

• CFA or equivalent qualification
• Financial Risk Manager (FRM) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
