We are seeking an ambitious Sales Executive to bolster our Durban team. This role requires a driven individual who can build and maintain client relationships while achieving sales targets. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team to implement campaigns and develop sales strategies. Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify and evaluate customer needs.
  • Set and track sales targets to meet company objectives.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials and sales presentations.
  • Feedback market and customer insights to the product development team.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with potential leads.
  • Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline.
  • Train and mentor junior sales team members.
  • Utilize analytics to inform sales strategies.
  • Track expenses and manage budgets effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Relevant sales training or certifications
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in direct sales roles, preferably in a related industry.
