Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to further our AI initiatives. You will work on developing cutting-edge machine learning systems, collaborating closely with software engineers and data analysts. A deep understanding of machine learning techniques and data manipulation is essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop new machine learning algorithms based on business requirements.
• Work collaboratively to identify and address challenges in data quality.
• Create documentation for machine learning processes and models.
• Engage in code reviews to ensure high-quality software development.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to innovate new solutions.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on model performance metrics.
• Design and implement automated processes for model evaluation.
• Promote best practices in machine learning across the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a relevant field
• Master’s degree in Machine Learning or relevant area is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in machine learning and predictive analytics
