Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Success Manager to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in fostering strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success with our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer success strategy and align it with company objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars for customers.
  • Track customer satisfaction and engagement levels.
  • Work with product teams to relay customer feedback for improvements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to customer relationships.
  • Provide insights to improve customer-focused processes.
  • Collaborate with account managers to enhance customer relationships.
  • Help develop and implement customer success metrics.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services to customers.
  • Share success stories and case studies with customers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • Additional certifications in customer success preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role preferred
