Job Description

We're seeking a Remote Customer Support Agent to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with order placements and follow-ups.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction surveys and report findings.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Train new staff on customer support protocols.
  • Develop and maintain FAQs and help documentation.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers through effective communication.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or Business is a plus
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer support or service role
