Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare detailed reports for management on project status.
• Ensure all engineering work complies with industry standards.
• Facilitate workshops on process improvements.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineering staff.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in a similar role
