Job Description

We are seeking a User Experience Researcher to join our dynamic team in Durban. In this role, you will conduct research to understand user needs and behaviors, assist in improving existing products, and contribute to the design process by providing actionable insights. Responsibilities

• Lead user testing sessions and analyze results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define research objectives.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on user insights.
• Create and maintain a repository of user research.
• Document usability findings and improvement recommendations.
• Educate team members on user experience principles.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Sociology is acceptable
• Relevant UX certification is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in user-centered design

Languages

• English: Fluent
