Job Description

As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for driving our HR initiatives, supporting our workforce, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. You will develop training programs and facilitate employee growth opportunities, enhancing overall organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Facilitate employee development through training and mentorship.
  • Manage and resolve grievances while ensuring all legal obligations are met.
  • Design and implement employee recognition programs.
  • Continuously improve HR processes and methods.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand through engagement efforts.
  • Develop succession planning strategies for key positions within the organization.
  • Support workforce planning and analytics to meet future business needs.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in HR practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR management is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in HR roles, with leadership experience preferred
