Job Description

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will take charge of diverse HR functions, including talent acquisition, training and development, and employee relations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our workforce is engaged and supported throughout their careers with us. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Provide HR consulting to management and staff.
  • Coordinate staff training initiatives and track participation.
  • Manage the performance management system and advise on employee development plans.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR budgets and reports.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on HR issues.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions focused on HR topics.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  • Master's degree in a related field is advantageous

  • 5 years of experience in human resources roles
